As the years go by, I can’t help but reflect on simpler times when holidays meant visits to and from family and friends. Sharing meals, stories and time together were always precious to us and remain that way today. This scene depicts that time while I was growing up on Milwaukee’s east side. It was a mostly Italian neighborhood, and we considered everyone “family.” Peace, joy and blessings to you and your loved ones. That is my Christmas wish for this holiday season and beyond.
I have had a passion for art for nearly 45 years. I have done numerous commissioned works and participated in many gallery showings. I have sold my original work and prints to buyers worldwide. In 2015, I was honored by winning 1st place in the state wildlife division of the Wisconsin Regional Artists Association competition with the painting "Silent Sentinel."
