With temperatures continuing to rise according to reports of global warming, the future may find Polar Bears on the road to extinction. One of our most majestic animals is in decline and many starve to death. Melting sea ice means less prey and some have sadly turned to cannibalism in order to survive. These giants face a harsh reality of the unknown.
In an effort to raise awareness of climate change and how it affects wildlife, I am going to donate 15% of any proceeds to the World Wildlife Fund to help support their future. If we all make an effort to find ways to reduce our own carbon footprint, it can make a difference.
I have had a passion for art for nearly 45 years. I have done numerous commissioned works and participated in many gallery showings. I have sold my original work and prints to buyers worldwide. In 2015, I was honored by winning 1st place in the state wildlife division of the Wisconsin Regional Artists Association competition with the painting "Silent Sentinel." If you have an idea for a personal painting, I would be happy to talk about it as well. Just contact me with your idea. Thank you for taking time to read this and browse my collection.
